NB Delivery times are estimates not guarantees

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

Next-day shipping: We offer FREE fast next working day delivery within the UK. This service is subject to the order being placed and processed before 2.30pm. Please note our carriers are generally reliable but these are times when they have missed deliveries so these times are not guaranteed and are subject to the carrier's terms.

Australia Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping: We offer free shipping within Australia. Our estimated delivery times are:

VIC 1-2 days

NSW 2-3 days

QLD 3-4 days

WA 4-5 days

Next-day shipping: We also offer next business day delivery within the greater metropolitan areas of all capital cities and major regional centres at a flat rate which will be added at checkout.

Please Note Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch and deliver goods within the timeframes above, on occasion our delivery partners may let us down, and good can take a bit longer. Delivery times are stated in business days and do not include the day of dispatch or weekends.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer shipping outside of the UK and Australia. In the future, if we do offer international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST or other), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sun and the Beach Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sunandthebeach.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sunandthebeach.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
